Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented the Return and Refund Policy, which applies to physical goods purchases ONLY. There are different contractual cancellation policies specific to our travel planning and concierge services. If this is not in reference to a physical goods purchase from Utopian Adventures, please refer to your trip-specific contract or reach out to your Dream Specialist.

WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO DO:

UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE OFFER RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

This refund policy only applies to physical product purchases made in the Utopian Luxury Shop.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: We offer returns and refunds if the product(s) you received is damaged or defective. Please notify us as soon as possible, within the specified timeframe, and provide relevant details and supporting evidence. We may request additional information to assess the issue before authorizing the return or refund.
  2. Wrong Product Shipped: If you receive the wrong product(s) due to an error on our part, we will gladly accept returns and offer a refund or exchange. Be sure to contact us immediately and provide the necessary information and evidence.

THE TIMEFRAME IN WHICH WE ACCEPT RETURNS:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must comply with our return policy requirements mentioned above.

WHEN CUSTOMERS CAN EXPECT A REFUND:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 60 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the return does not meet our policy requirements or there are any missing items or signs of misuse, we reserve the right to deny the refund or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
